5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in the same condition as received, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

5.2 To initiate a return, contact hi@hersense.com with your order details. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Courier charges (original and return shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5.4 Sale items, intimates, and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.

5.5 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hi@hersense.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
