Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping and has reached the "Ready to Ship" status, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. This is because your order has already been prepared for dispatch and is in the process of being handed over to our shipping partners.
If your cancellation request is received after the order has been processed for shipping, our standard return policy will apply. You will need to wait to receive the order and then initiate a return request according to the terms outlined in our Return Policy [Link to your Return Policy page].
HerSense reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, which may include but are not limited to:
● Product unavailability: If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock or no longer available. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
● Pricing errors: If there was an incorrect price displayed on our website for the item(s) you ordered. We will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
● Suspicion of fraudulent activity: If we suspect any fraudulent activity associated with your order.
● Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information: If the shipping address provided is incomplete, invalid, or located in a non-serviceable area. We will attempt to contact you for clarification, but if we do not receive a response, we may cancel the order.
