Are there any additional fees applied to my order?
A small platform/convenience fee may be added to your HerSense order at checkout. This fee is non-refundable.
How can I change my address or phone number after placing my order?
Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order at hello@hersense.com if you need to update your address or phone number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet. Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.
How do I place an order?

When will my order ship?

How long does delivery take?

Can I get faster delivery?
Currently, we primarily offer standard shipping. If we introduce expedited shipping options in the future, we will be sure to announce it on hersense.com and through our newsletters.
When will my pre-order ship?

How do I request an exchange or refund?

How do I exchange for a different product category?

Are pickup and delivery of the exchange done simultaneously?
Typically, the original item is picked up first, and the exchanged item is shipped after the pickup is confirmed and processed at our warehouse.
Can I use a coupon code when exchanging?
The applicability of coupon codes to exchange orders will be specified at the time of exchange on our portal.
Can I get a refund if I return a category-exchanged product?

How can I pay the difference for a category exchange?
If there's a price difference for a category exchange, you'll be prompted to pay the remaining amount through our secure payment gateway during the exchange process on our portal.
Do I have to pay for shipping when exchanging?

Will I be charged extra for an exchange?
If the new item you're selecting is of a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
Why can't I choose a less expensive item for exchange?
Our current exchange policy typically allows exchanges for items of the same or higher value.
Why can't I exchange an already-exchanged item for a different product?
Our policy usually allows for one exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges for a different product category may not be possible. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Will the original discount apply to the exchange?
The applicability of the original discount to an exchange order will be specified during the exchange process on our portal.

How can I cancel my order?
