At HerSense, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our women's clothing. We want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. This Warranty Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction.

 

Limited Warranty:

HerSense warrants that our clothing products will be free from material defects and workmanship flaws under normal use and care for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase.

 

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty specifically covers:

     Manufacturing defects: Issues arising from the production process, such as misaligned seams, faulty stitching, incorrect sizing according to our size charts (within reasonable tolerance), and defective zippers, buttons, or other closures.

     Material defects: Flaws inherent in the fabric or materials used, such as color bleeding (following care instructions), excessive pilling in a short period, or fabric tearing upon initial gentle wear.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

     Normal wear and tear: Gradual deterioration of the garment over time due to regular use, including fading, stretching, minor pilling after extended wear, and thinning of fabric.

     Damage due to misuse or improper care: Damage resulting from not following the care instructions provided on the garment label, including improper washing, drying, ironing, dry cleaning, or storage.

     Accidental damage: Tears, snags, stains, or other damage caused by accidents or external factors.

     Alterations or modifications: Any changes made to the garment after purchase.

     Issues related to fit or personal preference: While we strive for accurate sizing, this warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with the fit or style of the garment once it has been worn. Please refer to our Size Guide and return policy for fit-related concerns.

     Minor cosmetic variations: Slight variations in color or texture that do not affect the functionality or quality of the garment.

     Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your HerSense garment has a material defect or workmanship flaw covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

a.    Contact Us: Email our customer support team at hi@hersense.com within the warranty period, providing the following information:

   Your original order number or proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).

    A clear description of the defect or flaw.

  Clear photographs or videos demonstrating the issue.

  The care label information from the garment.

b.    Assessment: Our customer support team will review your claim and may request additional information or clarification.

c.     Resolution: If your claim is deemed valid under this warranty, HerSense will, at its discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

     Repair: We may offer to repair the defective garment at our expense.

     Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement of the same style and size (subject to availability). If the original style is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of comparable value.

     Store Credit or Refund: In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit or a refund for the original purchase price of the defective item.

 

Important Notes:

     The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the garment for assessment, unless otherwise agreed upon by HerSense.

     HerSense reserves the right to inspect the garment and determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.

     This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

     Any repaired or replaced garment will be covered under this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

     Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as outlined above.
